According to some reports, Call of Duty Mobile is testing out a standalone PC version that will not require an emulator to run. The test is currently limited to China and is set to begin in mid-January 2024. The minimum requirements for the PC version are as follows:

However, there is no official confirmation from Activision or Tencent about the PC version of Call of Duty Mobile. It is possible that the test is only for the Chinese market and may not be released globally. Therefore, fans of the game should wait for more updates before getting their hopes up.
