    Do More, appointments: Instead of just getting to your next meeting on time, your reminder function prompts you to do more. This function can be used as a reminder to take medication  or vitamins and schedule workouts. If you are nocturnal, then set the alarm in the evening to prompt you to go to bed on time.


    Use your timer: They say, we are supposed to brush our teeth for two minutes, but how many of us really do it? If you have time management issues, you can use it to track how long you take to do basic things. (e.g. getting ready for work or writing a weekly report) . Once you start realizing that something that feels like 15 minutes is really half an hour, you will be better able to schedule tasks and prioritize.


    Track your progress: Fitness apps are helpful in keeping a track of a variety of workouts, so you can use it to your advantage during your sessions. Tracking your speed, number of steps, distance, elevation, and route, all of these are digitally recorded and can be used to track progress. There are apps that act as a fitness community, such as Nike+ app that keeps a record of your runs and tells you how many miles you need to cover based on your goal.


    Eat Healthy: You can browse through fitness news apps to discover health tips, food tips to enhance your metabolism and also keep track of critical health conditions. Right from medication, to treatments and outcomes. You can use all this data and share with your doctor.


    Motivate yourself: This is where you can get creative! You can set up an alarm by recording a message that is motivational or funny. Or, you can set up a wallpaper with positive quotes, you can browse through spiritual lessons on an app or listen to vedic chants on Spotify….well, the list can just go on. Isn't it?
