Android has been that transitioning technology that shaped the future of smartphones and as the latest of its versions was released on the 15th of August named Android 13 or Tiramisu we take a dig at what it is all about.

The most recent version of the Android operating system is Android 13, also known internally as Android Tiramisu. The Android 13 improves on the foundation built by Android 12, which many consider being the biggest Android OS update since 2014. It also makes small changes to the user interface. Under the hood, it also introduces a number of new platform APIs that developers need to be aware of, in addition to other substantial behavioural and platform changes. Android 13 specifically builds on the improvements and functionality made available in Android 12L, the feature drop for large screen devices.

Android 13 looks as promising as it was expected to, with quite a few updates Android 13 lays a solid foundation for the smartphone running on it.
