I received green strips as a new feature on my x60 phone a week ago following a software update. It has since increased to two, and I'm told it will continue to grow as my x50 has the same issue and now has 12 lines on the display.

The brands is not addressing this problem. When I called the customer support line, they told me to go to the customer centre, which is 30 to 40 km away from my home. I looked up this issue online and discovered that no brands are taking any effort to stop these great new capabilities in flagship and mid-range flagship phones. Consumers should bring a lawsuit against it to resolve this. If the phone's problem can't be fixed, switching programmes should be taken into consideration.
