vivo X100 Pro+ boasts 200MP periscope camera with 200X digital zoom

Weibo tipster DigitalChatStation today revealed the camera specifications of vivo X100 Pro+ prototype model. The tipster claimed that vivo X100 Pro+ supports 200X digital zoom, which is tough to believe but not impossible to achieve.

According to the rumor, the vivo X100 Pro+ features a 200-megapixel periscope camera (size 1/1.5″±). Currently, it has a 4.3X 100mm optical zoom and delivers 10X optical quality zoom as well as 200X digital zoom. Moreover, it’s said to have a fusion focal length tech to produce better portraits.

Back in November, vivo officially launched the X100 and X100 Pro, while the X100 Pro+ hasn’t yet launched. As per another tipster, the next vivo flagship is tentatively scheduled to be released in April next year, with specs including 2K screen + Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and satellite connectivity feature.
