I purchased the Vivo X80 Pro for ₹82,000 a few months ago. Although the warranty expired six months back, I recently received a new update, and since this morning, the screen has been displaying an issue a prominent green line. The phone has no tears, dents, or even the slightest scratches.
I regret purchasing a Vivo flagship and updating the OS. The phone has been kept in pristine condition under a protective skin, with zero scratches or damage. If I were to remove the skin and screen guard, the phone would be in near-factory condition, and I can confidently attest to that.
I am at a loss for words. People have noticed the green line on my screen, and I have been attributing it to a problem with Vivo.
