Theft Protection feature is rolling out for vivo devices | How to turn it ON

vivo devices are now receiving Android’s new Theft Protection features.

Theft Detection Lock:

Uses machine learning to detect if someone snatches your phone and runs. If detected, it locks automatically, securing your apps and data.


Offline Device Lock:

Locks your screen if a thief keeps your phone offline for an extended time.

Remote Lock:

Allows you to lock your phone remotely using your phone number. Just go to "Android.com/lock" if you can't access your Google account.

How to turn on:

Settings> Google> All Services>Theft Protection (scroll down to bottom of the page)
