When tapped, this button displays a list of apps you've recently installed but haven’t opened yet. Additionally, it shows any ongoing app downloads, allowing you to track their progress in real time.

This feature aims to simplify app management by making it easier to keep track of newly installed and downloading apps. While still in the testing phase, it signals Google's focus on improving the Play Store experience for users.
