Hi Vivo Community,

I’ve been using the Vivo X200 Pro, and since yesterday, I’ve been facing a strange issue — both the front and back cameras have a foggy/condensation-like effect inside the lens area. It looks like moisture is trapped inside, and I’m unable to clear it.

What’s surprising is that the phone has IP68 and IP69 ratings, so I wasn’t expecting any moisture-related problems. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to fix it without opening the device or visiting a service center?
