Dear Vivo Team,

I have been using the Vivo X200 pro for the past few weeks, and overall, I am quite satisfied with the device, especially with its camera and performance. However, I have been facing a consistent issue regarding battery drainage during standby mode.

Even after charging the phone to a certain percentage (for example, 80%), and enabling battery saver, disabling all background apps, switching off network, location, and other services — the battery continues to drop 1-2% every 10-20 minutes while the phone is idle or even powered off. Sometimes, after switching off the phone and turning it back on, I notice a 1% drop instantly.

I have already tried clearing cache, disabling background processes, optimizing battery settings, enabling flight mode, and using developer options to limit background processes — but the issue still persists.

Interestingly, this issue doesn’t happen on other devices using the same network under similar conditions, which makes me believe this might be a firmware or software optimization issue in the current build version. It would be really helpful if your technical team could review this and release an optimized security patch or software update in the next version to address this issue.

Kindly consider this issue on priority, as it is affecting the user experience.
