I have been using the Vivo V30 Pro phone for almost 2 years. On 23rd March 2026, I updated my phone from Funtouch OS to Origin OS 6. After this update, whenever I play the BGMI game, my phone starts lagging badly. It feels like I am playing on a phone with only 2GB of RAM. The battery is also draining very quickly and the phone heats up a lot.

Because of this issue, I called Vivo customer care. They asked me to generate a 10-minute log file and send it to them. I uploaded a 1.14 GB file and provided them with the feedback code. After that, they asked me to wait for 48 hours. ( File screenshot attached )

Now it has been more than 72 hours, and they called me again saying that the technical team will contact me within 24 hours. They also asked for a 10-minute video recording, but my problem has still not been solved.

What should I do now?

Also, I would advise others not to update to Origin OS 6. This is the worst update I have ever seen from any company.
