The phone lags a lot, freezes, the unlock doesn't work properly. I was scrolling through the app management and I found this when I enabled show system apps. I wanted to know whether these apps are vivo's inbuilt or some malware.

1. Close apps running in the background more often.
2. Clear the device storage regularly with i-Manager app to release the device space.
3. Clear the data of the issue app.
4. Change a stable network.
5. Update your phone to the latest system version, which has improved compatibility and stability.
6. Access Settings>More settings>Backup & Reset>Restore(Reset) all settings. Don`t worry, no data or media will be deleted.
