DEFINITIONS

1. “OEM/Brand” shall mean vivo Mobile India Private Limited (‘vivo’), who has entered into an agreement with different Banks for purpose of providing the Offer.
2. “Aggregator” shall mean and include any third -party entity that manages and processes online payment transactions with customer.
3. "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
4. "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued by the respective Bank and who is authorized to hold the Card.
5. “Dealer”/” Retailer” shall mean the entity authorized, to sell the device to the customers as appointed by the authorised Distributor of vivo.
6. “General Trade” shall mean vivo authorized general trade (GT) stores, authorized to sell the device to the customers of vivo.
7. "No Cost EMI" refers to the conversion into Brand EMI Transactions upon request by the Cardholder, of the transactions performed using the Card on EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminal installed at participating stores.
8. “Cashback Offer” shall mean such cashback (instant/deferred) benefit provided by the OEM on purchase of Products/Services using participant banks, during the Offer Period.
9. “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 01st Feb’2026 to 28th Feb’2026.
10. “Offer” shall mean all offers including upgrade, device protection and any other benefits provided by the OEM on the purchase of eligible vivo models during Offer Period.
11. "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions.
12. “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the OEM.
13. “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction that has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the OEM due to reasons including but not limited to technical failure, payment failure or any other circumstances making the transaction null and void.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

TERMS PRESCRIBED BY THE OEM

In addition to the aforementioned condition, the Offer can be availed subject to following conditions;

1. Offer can be availed on maximum 1 (One) Transaction/Card/Channel/Category per calendar quarter year (Jan’26 to Mar’26).
2. Offer is not applicable on transactions done through any other payment mode.

Terms and Conditions “Jio Vivo X300 Offer”

Definitions

1. “Eligible Plan” shall mean the active unlimited 5G plan of Rs 349 or above (Prepaid or Postpaid) offered by RJIO and subscribed by Eligible Subscriber on or after 2nd Dec 2025.
2. “Eligible Devices” shall mean devices as listed under Group-1 of Annexure A purchased on or after 2nd Dec 2025 and activated for the first time on the RJIO network, by an Eligible Subscriber, on or after 2nd Dec 2025 by subscribing to the Eligible plan. This Offer is applicable only on the Indian version of the Eligible Device.
3. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased the Eligible Device; and (ii) has subscribed to Eligible plan on or after 2nd Dec 2025.
4. “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for subscribing to Eligible Plan.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer ("T&C")

1. The Offer is valid for an Eligible Device purchased and activated on the RJIO network for the first time, on or after 2nd Dec 2025.
2. These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership (wherever applicable) and CAF.
3. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature. For avoidance of doubt, where an Eligible Device is activated/recharged under any subsisting discount offer of RRL, this Offer shall not apply thereto. The decision of RRL and/or RJIO on the applicability of an offer to the Eligible Device shall be final and binding.
4. An Eligible Subscriber who have previously availed discount offers provided by RRL for the Eligible Device shall not be eligible to avail this new Offer.
5. RRL and/or RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RRL and/or RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RRL and/or RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber.
