Here are the updated terms and conditions of enabling 5G on your vivo smartphone.

1. Having a 5G Data Plan and SIM card.

2. Make sure you have received the Jio 5G Welcome Offer message.

3. Ensure that you are in a 5G coverage area.

Here are 5 simple steps to enable 5G services on your smartphone:

Tap on Settings

1. Select ‘Network & internet’

2. Select ’SIM card and mobile network’

3. Select ‘Preferred Network Type’or '5g network mode'

4. Under Preferred Network Type, select 5G (preferred)/4g/3g/2g

5. Under 5g network mode, select Auto select (recommended)

Tap on‘Restart’

These simple steps are what you need to enable the ultra speed of 5G!

Airtel Users

If you are using an Airtel SIM card on your vivo smartphones, keep scrolling!

These are the updated T&Cs for to enjoy 5G on your phones:

1. Ensure you have a 5G SIM card.

2. Ensure you have an active 5G Data Plan.

3. Ensure you are in the 5G coverage area. For the list of cities that are equipped with 5G coverage, visit - https://www.airtel.in/airtel-5g-cities

To enable 5G services on your vivo smartphones, follow these steps:

Open Settings

1. Select‘Network & Internet’

2. Select‘SIM card and mobile network’

3. Select‘Preferred Network Type'

4. Select‘5G preferred)/4G/3G/2G
