One of the very reasons behind chosing this model was its massive 6000 mah battery capacity. But, unfortunately, am facing two big troubles with my x200 pro since the last software update which is PD2405F_EX_A_15.0.12.2.W30.

● The battery draining has really become a mess. Seems like am using a 4000mah phone. With light to moderate usage, now this phone don't even covers 12-14 hrs properly.

● The second big issue that has arrived is that apps are not installing properly, even from the playstore. After starting to download it gets freezes during the installing time and the buffering goes round and round. I, deliberately, have to shut down my phone and then boot it to fix this problem. Even reboot option doesn't fix this.

Being a "X" series customer, it's not at all acceptable to face these type of problems after spending huge bucks. So, it's an earnest request to you to look deep into the matter and make whatever possible to fix these asap. Thank you.
