The Contest of vivo S2 (hereafter referred to as the "Contest") is being organized by vivo Mobile India Private Limited (hereinafter referred as “vivo/ Company”). By participating in the Contest, you hereby consent and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, that govern your participation in the Contest. Further, you hereby represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements as set out herein below.

1. You (“Participant(s)” / “You” / “Your”) agree and confirm that;

1. You have voluntarily participated in the Contest;
2. You are eligible to participate in the Contest subject to fulfilment of condition stipulated in the Terms and Conditions listed herein below.
3. You unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions and have submitted the Content (as defined below) accordingly; and
4. If You do not agree to be bound or cannot comply with any of the Terms and Conditions, please do not continue to submit any Content and/or participate in the Contest. Your failure to accept or comply with any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions will disqualify You forthwith from Participating in the Contest. You agree that the decision of vivo in all the matters relating to Your participation and this Contest shall be final and binding upon You in all respect.
5.  The Contest is valid only for the residents of India, above the age of eighteen (18) years and competent otherwise.

2. To enter the Contest, follow these steps:  

1. Follow vivo India’s Instagram page- www.instagram.com/vivo_india
2. During the Contest period, you will have to upload a picture of your friends group 
3. Post on your Instagram account the static photographs of your friends group and mention a #Hashtag starting with the letter S in the caption. (“Content”). 
4. You need to use the following hashtags - #vivoS2 #MyStag #MyNewStory #FriendsWeekendsNeverEnd and tag @vivo_india

1. For the purpose of the Contest, Participant’s account must be public and should not have indulged in any activity prohibited by law. 
2. Contest Duration: 1st Aug 2026 0:00 hours to 5th August 2026 11:59PM. Entries submitted beyond this period will not be accepted and shall stand null and void.
3. The Company will select and announce a total of 3 (Three) groups of lucky winners (“Winners”) from the Instagram entries submitted within the timeframe of the Contest Duration. The 3 (three) groups of Winners shall be selected having highest number of likes and shares on their video/Content. 
4. Regarding the winner announcement, the Company’s decision shall be conclusive, final and binding on all Participants’.
5. Winners will stand a chance to win 1 unit of “vivo S2” mobile handset (“Reward”) at the sole discretion of the Company. 
6. The Winner (s) account (s) need to be at least 6 (six) months old/ created before participating in this Contest and the Winner(s) shall need to share their details within 24 hours of being contacted by the Company through Instagram direct messages with a scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof. In case the Winner(s) fails to submit their documents within 24 hours of receipt of intimation, they shall not be entitled to the Rewards and the Company shall have the sole and absolute right, at its discretion and without incurring any liability whatsoever, to select any other eligible Participant(s) or group as the Winner(s) in their place.
7. Upon completion of the verification process and declaration of Winner(s), the Rewards/passes shall be issued on the respective email IDs of the Winner(s), only for 15th August, 2026 and shall not be exchangeable, transferable or valid for any other date.
8.  Participants have agreed and consented to put up their responses and comments on social media and the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any comments/ remarks put on the site by the public. Participants hereby explicitly consent and allow Company to collect Your primary data/information including but not limited to, name, age, contact number, address, sex, etc. (“Personal Information”) as may be necessary for the purpose of this Contest and shall ensure to keep such Personal Information confidential. Company shall not share the Personal Information so collected with any third party, save and except for the purpose of the present Contest. The Personal Information so collected shall be processed only for the purpose of the Contest.
9. Company can, at its sole discretion, disqualify any Participant in case such Participant is violating the terms and conditions of this Contest.  
10. Reward cannot be resold, exchanged, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash at any point of time. Validity of entries shall be decided on the sole discretion of Company.  
11. In case of any concern/queries against the Reward, the Winner may contact the customer care of Company or visit the nearest authorized store of Company.
12. The Participant(s) shall ensure that the Content is not obscene, vulgar, defaming, denigrating women or children, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence. In the event of any violation to the aforementioned, the Participant(s) shall immediately be disqualified from taking part in the Contest or any further rounds of participation and shall solely remain liable and responsible for any action (criminal/civil) arising therefrom.
13. The Participant(s) hereby agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Company and its affiliates against any claims/ adverse actions that might arise on account of default, commission or omissions while participating in the Contest.
14. Participant(s) acknowledge and agree that Company is in no manner whatsoever will be held responsible and/or liable in any manner whatsoever, in case of any loss or damage including but not limited to physical injury, death, mental trauma, loss of earnings, unemployment is caused to any Participant(s) in relation to the Contest (including the Contest Period thereof). 
15. You shall ensure that your Content shall at all times, be in compliance with the requirements laid down under applicable laws including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and accordingly. You shall not host, display, upload, publish, transmit, update or share any information (including but not limited to the Content) that belongs to another person and which You do not have right to.
16.  Company reserves all the rights to change, modify or suspend or cancel the gratification/conditions of the Contest without prior notice. 
17. At no point of time will the Company be obliged to notify unsuccessful Participant(s) of its decision. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained in this regard.
18. Company reserves the right to withdraw the Reward and disqualify the Winner(s) in the event it is found that any information including but not limited to data and/or documents provided by the Winners is incorrect, fraudulent, misleading or any misrepresentation is made by the Winner(s). Consequently, vivo reserves the right to declare any other Participant(s) as the Winner(s) of the Contest and transfer the Reward to such Participant.
19. In no event shall Company be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, lockdowns, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and/or any other kind of interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services. 
20. The Terms and Conditions of this Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.  All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of court at New Delhi only.
